President

With enthusiasm and commitment, Mike Denault, provides perspective and leadership within the organization. Having spent over 35 years in the employee benefits and wealth management business, Mike is dedicated to his practice. His motivation stems from a passion for our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals. Mike strives to assist our clients in building their plans for the future, starting with their ideal vision or, as he likes to say, their “Kodak Moment.” From there, Mike guides each portfolio, bringing families and individuals closer to realizing their financial goals and the future that encompasses.

Proud father of two sons, Mike is an avid outdoorsman, and takes the time to help mentor entrant advisors to the industry.

Greg MacIntosh, CFP® CLU CHS EPC

Vice President

Dedicated to helping our clients accumulate and preserve wealth, Greg MacIntosh is a leader in comprehensive financial planning, based in quality investment and insurance products. He focuses on net-worth planning for individuals, group benefits and business-related insurance for companies.Greg has worked as a dedicated financial professional since 1993, helping clients maximize their net-worth and implement risk management strategies that will preserve that net worth. He also advises companies on how to design cost effective employee benefits plans that also act as valuable human resource tools. As a firm believer in the value of ongoing education, Greg has received numerous designations, and celebrated the success of earning several honors for his productivity and professionalism. He is a life qualifying member to the Million Dollar Round Table, universally regarded as the standard of excellence in the insurance industry.

When Greg is away from the office he is involved with the local soccer association as a director and a provincially licensed coach.  He has been honored as the Volunteer citizen of the year ‘Sports & Recreation” category and is active on not-for-profit boards.

Rita Koch

Executive Assistant

Beginning her career in the brokerage industry, and having worked in financial service administration for over 30 years, Rita Koch has a depth of experience that compliments the needs of the Wild Rose Group of Companies’ clients. Rita manages service issues and works closely with employee benefit plan clients, in addition to ensuring day-to-day business operations run efficiently. Rita is committed to quality and provides superior expert customer service.

Hugh Provence, Senior Account Manager

Having specialized in the family market and in group benefits, Hugh Provence values the long-term wellbeing of our clients. With over 28 years of experience in the industry, he has seen great change to the global financial climate and has adjusted his sights accordingly. He is always ready to adapt, learn new skills, and grow in his practice. As a result, Hugh Provence has helped countless families make the necessary financial moves to secure comfortable retirements and plan for their futures without apprehension.

In his spare time, Hugh camps, fishes and travels.

Certified Financial Planner

As a skilled certified financial planner, David Moulds works with a wide variety of individuals, ensuring their financial portfolios match their plans for the future – no matter how ambitious. David has a unique perspective on the role of insurance and investment opportunities. He loves to learn what makes each of our clients unique. He caters to their goals and crafts each client a financial plan that best suits their particular situation. In addition, David is Mutual Fund licensed.

In addition to his impressive designations, David is also a member of Judo Alberta’s Kodokan Black Belt Association and enjoys refereeing hockey.

Romana started her financial career in 2004. She initiates, develops and nurtures relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. She works with clients to help find the right plan to fit their retirement needs, including estate planning strategies. Her area of expertise is employee benefits, from setting up a new employee benefit plan to modifying existing plans and making sure it fits each company’s needs. Romana is a strong believer that it’s not what we learn that makes a difference, but what we do with what we learn. She is certain that there has never been a better time for people to take control of their financial futures. “Take actions today and turn your dreams of freedom, financial security and independence into concrete realities.” She is currently licensed as an financial security advisor with Freedom 55 Financial, a division of London Life Insurance Company.

Romana is proud and grateful of her family and loves being active with her son. In her spare time, she devotes back to her Ukrainian roots and community.

Melanie Gould

Investment Services Manager

Melanie Gould maintains the highest level of quality within her position as Investment Services Manager. She currently holds a life insurance and mutual fund licence.  With a gratifying career that spans 15 years in the banking sector and over five years with the Wild Rose Group of Companies, Melanie’s expertise holds true. Within her role, she balances the administration of mutual funds and other investment products, making sure our client needs are met in an efficient, compliant and timely manner. She is known for her commitment to detail, adherence to industry standards and meeting client expectations at every opportunity.

Melanie enjoys running, biking and time at the cottage with her family and friends.

Brock Denault

Client Services Administrative Assistant

Brock Denault started his career within the financial planning industry in 2013.  He wanted a career where he could satisfy his desire to help, teach, and learn.  Brock seeks to accomplish that with Wild Rose Group of Companies.  Since 2013, Brock has assisted the advisors within Wild Rose Group of Companies and their clients, and has increased his knowledge base by attending industry sponsored continuing education events and courses.  In January 2017, Brock obtained his life license to begin the transition out of assisting the advisors to becoming an advisor himself.  To say he is excited to start this part of his career is a tremendous understatement.

Brock enjoys being outdoors, whether it be camping, sports or just being with his dog Roxy.

Courtney Alcock

Client Service Administrator

Courtney Alcock is building knowledge on the foundation of her Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) and Certificate of Applied Banking and Business. With five years of experience in the financial industry, successfully completing her Harmonized Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), and currently working towards her Certified Financial Planning designation, she continues to expand her knowledge in the Wealth, Estate and Retirement Planning business. She is currently a licensed Marketing Assistant and strives to provide the standard of excellence you’ve come to expect from the Wild Rose team. As she provides quality support to both the agents and our clients, you'll always see Courtney with a smile on her face. Using every opportunity to learn, she is extremely excited to work towards creating her own strategies for investment and insurance planning in the future. Outside of the office, you can find Courtney doing quite an array of activities, from her love and involvement in soccer, volleyball and slo-pitch, to camping, travel and scuba diving, she is never standing still.
